Yes. Files travel over an encrypted connection. We read your original in memory to check and repair it, and we never store it. Only the repaired copy is kept, privately, so you can download it — and it is deleted automatically after 24 hours. We don't look at your files and never share them.
Why should I trust a repair I haven't seen?
You don't have to. The free check lists every problem, and the free preview shows the recovered text, pages, rows, photo or audio before you pay. If the paid file doesn't open, we refund you.
What if my file can't be repaired?
Then the check says so — for free — and explains what happened and what else you can try. We never charge for a repair we can't do.
Do I need an account or subscription?
No. You pay once per repaired file. There is nothing to cancel.
